On-site services offered include:
- Taking down curtains, having them cleaned and rehanging them once
- On-site cleaning of carpets, rugs, curtains and upholstery
While we endeavour to carry out customers’ requests, certain factors might prevent us from doing so. These factors include, but are not limited to, environmental conditions, composition of items, age and nature of stains, wear and tear and other risks. Every reasonable attempt is made to identify risks prior to a service being carried out. Risks might be identified either at our premises, or on-site elsewhere, e.g. customer’s house, where home-cleaning has been requested, and some of the risks might render the offering of the service unfeasible. Identified risks will be pointed out and may result in the service being limited, or not offered at all.
